Returns Policy – Drink Canabzy

All Sales Final

Due to the nature of our products, all Drink Canabzy purchases are final sale.

We sell THC-infused beverages, which are considered consumable and regulated goods. For health, safety, and compliance reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been shipped.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Leaking

  • Or incorrect (wrong item received)

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sales@drinkcanabzy.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

Once reviewed, and if approved, we will offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion. Refunds are not guaranteed and will only be issued if legally required.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Opened or unopened THC seltzers

  • Consumable goods of any kind

  • Sale or promotional items

  • Gift cards (if applicable)

  • Orders refused or returned to sender due to incorrect address information

Shipping Issues & Lost Packages

Drink Canabzy is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by carriers

  • Failed delivery attempts

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided at checkout

If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier but is missing, the customer must file a claim directly with the shipping carrier. We are happy to assist with documentation if needed.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only if the request is made before fulfillment begins.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or modified.

To request a cancellation, contact sales@drinkcanabzy.com as soon as possible.

  • You understand local and state regulations regarding hemp-derived THC beverages

  • Product availability and legality may vary by state

Drink Canabzy reserves the right to refuse service or cancel orders that do not meet legal or compliance requirements.
