Order Processing & Shipping Time
We process and ship all Drink Canabzy orders within 2 business days of order confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays.
Shipping times may vary based on destination, carrier availability, and external factors beyond our control.
Shipping Rates
All delivery charges are estimated shipping rates calculated at checkout based on:

Drink Canabzy does not charge any additional handling or processing fees beyond the shipping rate shown at checkout.
Adult Signature & Compliance
Some shipments may require adult signature and proof of age upon delivery, depending on destination state requirements and carrier policies related to hemp-derived THC beverages.
Failure to provide valid identification at the time of delivery may result in the package being returned to sender.
Return to Sender
If a package is returned to us due to:

Incorrect or incomplete shipping address

Failed delivery attempts

Failure to provide valid ID or adult signature (when required)
Drink Canabzy is not obligated to reship the order at our expense.
If the package is returned to our facility, a refund may be issued at our discretion, less any shipping or postal costs incurred. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address Submissions
Drink Canabzy is not responsible for delays, losses, or returns caused by erroneous or incomplete address information provided by the customer at checkout.

Lost, Missing, or Undelivered Packages
Drink Canabzy is not responsible for packages once they are in the possession of the shipping carrier.
If your order is marked as Delivered by USPS but cannot be located, the issue must be resolved directly with the carrier. We are happy to provide tracking information or supporting documentation if needed.
Any shipping-related issues must be reported to us within 48 hours of the last tracking update.
Shipping Insurance (Route)
Drink Canabzy offers optional shipping protection through a third-party provider called Route.
Route Shipping Protection must be selected at checkout in order to apply to your order.
If Route protection is purchased, claims for lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be filed directly through Route in accordance with their policies and claim timelines.
If Route protection is not selected at checkout, Drink Canabzy is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they are in the possession of the shipping carrier.
